Mau Hau Airport

Mau Hau Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Mau Hau) (IATA: WGP, ICAO: WADW, formerly WRRW), also known as Waingapu Airport, is an airport serving Waingapu, the largest town on the island of Sumba, in the province of East Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia. Starting from 2009 the airport name changed to Umbu Mehang Kunda Airport. Waingapu is also the capital town of the regency of Sumba Timur(East Sumba).

Waingapu is the largest town on the island of Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. It is the capital town of the Regency of Sumba Timur. Sumba Timur's Waingapu Airport 'Umbu Mehang Kunda' (IATA: WGP - ICAO: WRRW) is located in Waingapu, and the town is served by ferries from nearby islands. The sub-district town has a population of about 52,755 inhabitants.
