Oğuzeli Airport

Gaziantep Oğuzeli International Airport (IATA: GZT, ICAO: LTAJ) (Turkish: Gaziantep Oğuzeli Uluslararası Havalimanı) is a public airport in Gaziantep, Turkey. Inaugurated in 1976, it is 20 km far from the city. Gaziantep Airport was extended with construction started in 1998, and achieved the international airport status in 2006. The passenger terminal covers an area of 5.799 m² and has a parking lot for 400 cars.

Gaziantep

Gaziantep (Turkish pronunciation: [ɡaːˈzianˌtep], Kurdish: Dîlok), previously and still informally called Antep (pronounced [anˈtep]), is a city in the western part of Turkey's Southeastern Anatolia Region, some 185 kilometres (115 mi) east of Adana and 97 kilometres (60 mi) north of Aleppo, Syria. The city has two urban districts under its administration, Şahinbey and Şehitkamil. It is the sixth most populous city in Turkey. In 2014 the city of Gaziantep had a population of 1,465,019.
